After initially calling multiple painting contractors, I settled on Ville Painters because they were able to accommodate my calendar for getting two large rooms with vaulted ceilings done on a tight schedule. Someone promptly appeared to take dimensions for an estimate and was helpful and pleasant in getting the quote to me quickly with great communication. As promised, a delightful crew showed up on the days and times expected with a plethora of brushes, ladders, and drop cloths. They were fabulous in fixing the cracks in a textured ceiling to match what was there; and offered a great idea for adjusting a color that saved me some money at the paint store. The days went by quickly with happy banter and a great music play-list while they worked to transform two bland and dated rooms into something beautiful. Clean-up was thorough and the overall experience was respectful and professional. I am happy to recommend this company to take the "Pain" out of "Painting" your home.

We are very happy with the care and thoroughness with which our home was painted. Not only was the work done efficiently by your excellent painters, but it included details that, I'm sure, are not included by competitors.

Some of the details that are done at our home are:

  1. Certain stubborn stains from insects that didn't completely go away with powerwashing nor rubbing with cleaners, were all primed before painting.
  2. All finish nail holes in the woodwork that had been painted over since the home was new were filled and are now invisible.
  3. All metal trim and banding was rubbed and buffed with special cleaner to brighten the surface.
  4. All woodwork was inspected for rot and damage and repairs were made.

It was this extra care that made our home better than new. Your work is a premium product.

Ville Painters brought my 100-year-old Federal home to its prime with friendly, professional care. From the beginning, the estimator asked all the right questions before creating a detailed proposal. The office stayed in contact to keep me posted on scheduling during a lot of rainy weather. A team member did a walk-around with me a week before the team arrived to verify the scope of work and then reviewed those details with the crew on the first day.
