Ville Painters and BIA Parade of Homes
This year’s Building Industry Association Parade of homes was a little different than previous ones, featuring both in person and digital home tours. There were 18 single family homes/whole house remodel, townhomes/duplexes, and apartments ranging from a price of $249,990 to over $1 million in Lancaster County. The winners for this year were just announced and we are excited to see our partners be honored. Ville Painters worked on the submission from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology for the 2021 Parade of Homes, which was presented the Fulton Bank Award for Best Townhome/Duplex! We would like to share a congratulations to the college and all who worked on this project.

Pictured here was their entry at 1 Hull Court, Lancaster (Entry #4) featured an open floor plan with 9ft ceilings and crown molding. The home was built by students of Thaddeus Stevens and the interior painting as well as exterior painting was done by Ville Painters in collaboration with their ideas. This is not the first time we have done residential painting for the Lancaster County parade of homes, as we worked on Thaddeus Steven’s submissions in previous years as well.
We are so honored to work with the best and brightest to enter the construction and trade industries. Now we look forward to next year’s submission and meeting this same quality of service for all our professional painting projects!
